Mary Ann Sharkady

Mary Ann Sharkady, 58, of Centerville Boro. died Tuesday March 9, 2004 at 1:32am in the Cardiac Unit of U.P.M.C. Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh following a brief illness. She was born on October 11, 1945 in Connellsville, Pa. the daughter of Steve T. and Catherine (Kay) Forgach Skoloda of Richeyville who survive. Mrs. Sharkady was a 1963 graduate of California Area High School and a graduate of Penn Commercial in Washington and had been employed by 84 Lumber Co. where she worked in the credit department. She was a member of the St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church of Richeyville and was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America St. Anne DeBeaupre Court #1909. In addition to her parents she is survived by two sons, Matthew T. Sharkady of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Stephen M. Sharkady and his wife Kavitha of Bloomington, Indiana, one brother, Dr. Tom Skoloda and his wife Carrie of Annamarie Island, Fla. and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Deceased is her husband Thomas A. Sharkady who died August 17, 1989. Friends will be received from 7-9pm Thursday and 2-9pm Friday in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, 2830 Main St. Beallsville, where prayers will be held at 9:30am Saturday March 13, 2004 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in the St. Agnes R.C. Church, Richeyville with Rev. Francis Jurewicz as Celebrant. Interment will be in Beallsville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to, St. Agnes Building Fund, P.O.
